BiPAP is an acronym for Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure. It is simply a Respironics device that is prominently used for CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) to support breaths. It is used when a patient is unable to physically complete the respiratory process. BiPAP applicable in such conditions like pneumonia, pulmonary disease and asthma.
